The Woman’s Club of Wisconsin provides unique, historic spaces for events of 20 to 250 guests. Our charming rooms are ideal for large and small-scale business meetings, fundraisers, and presentations. Our versatile venue, is complemented by a spacious parking lot— a rare find! Let our staff help you design a memorable event in this historic and convenient setting.

Thank you for your interest in the Woman's Club of Wisconsin as a potential event venue during the upcoming 2024 Republican National Convention. We take great pride in offering you and your guests elegant yet comfortable surroundings, superb cuisine and friendly service, with attention to every detail. Our goal is to create memorable, successful events for you and your guests.

Rooms: We offer a selection of seven rooms of varying sizes for your event. All of them may be accommodate sit-down or theatre style events. The Ballroom can accommodate up to 200 guests seated at tables, 250 if seated theatre style. The Milwaukee Room is available for groups from 50 to 60 and the Library provides a more intimate setting for smaller events. Please see the accompanying room specification sheet for full details.

Dining: Our expert culinary team and food and beverage staff are eager to custom design menus and arrangements necessary to accommodate your special event. For full meals, a single entrée selection is strongly recommended; however, if you choose to offer your guests a choice of up to 3 entrées, we are pleased to provide that and ask only that you provide place cards or name tags to indicate each guest's selection. Special dietary needs, gluten free and vegetarian entrees are available. We also offer an appetizer menu. Our full- service bar provides an array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

To ensure that your guests receive top quality food and service, we ask that you provide a guaranteed number of attendees at least 5 business days prior to the event. All prices are based on the menu chosen and the guaranteed number of guests or the actual number served, whichever is greater.

Linens napkins and tablecloths provided by the Woman's Club are available in ivory or white; Quilted chair covers are taupe or white. Should your event have a different color theme, the Woman’s Club will rent special table linens. The cost of these special requests, including tax and delivery, will be included on your final bill.

Parking: Our expansive parking area on Cass Street is a unique feature in the Downtown area. Valet service is offered should your guests need parking. Should you request our valet services, our rates are 250 for 100 guests or less, and 350 for 200 guests or less. Self parking is also available, the Club parking lot has 50 spots available.

Securing Your Date: To secure your date a signed Reservation Agreement and a deposit equaling the charge for the room/Club will be required. All deposits are non-refundable.

Coat Check: If you require a coat check, we are happy to provide this service for a fee of $100.00.

Club Closing: The Club typically closes at midnight. Should you wish to stay longer, please discuss possibilities with our Food and Beverage Manager, Jennifer. We will require the Bar to close and entertainment end one half hour prior to Club Closing.

Smoking: In the interest of the health and comfort of all who use our facilities, the Woman’s Club does not allow smoking in the Club.

Room also houses a large flat screen TV which is ideal for presentations or to view your favorite sporting event.
