When we chose the Woman's Club of Wisconsin Ballroom as the venue for our daughter's wedding reception, we thought we were just renting a beautiful place. How could we have known it would be so much more than that? Kathy Hopp, the WCW's delightful wedding coordinator, guided us gently, yet skillfully, through the details. Their lush, historical clubhouse, replete with fireplaces, sitting rooms, and sweeping staircases, was ours for the evening. Their exquisite tables, chairs, linens, china, and cutlery were available for our use. The gorgeous oriental rugs in the Ballroom were rolled up, per our daughter's request, to reveal a gleaming hardwood floor beneath. World class chefs prepared an elegant and delicious dinner buffet, accommodating our daughter's tastes and desires, as well as our budget. The WCW's own pastry chef created a one-of-a-kind wedding cake straight out of our daughter's vivid imagination. It was delectable and ethereal. Their charming staff set up the room to our specifications beforehand, giving our florist time to set up the flowers. They pampered us and our guests with great care during the reception, from the valet parking to waiting on tables. The entire evening was planned ahead of time and followed through with great precision, allowing us to bask in the joy of the occasion. An elegant, yet cozy, celebration was orchestrated, hitting all the right notes. It was perfect. Thank you, WCW, for an unforgettable evening.

We recently held our daughter's wedding at the Women's Club of Wisconsin (June 25, 2011) and it was fabulous. From beginning to end their attention to detail assisted our preparation for the event in every way possible--not to mention what a stunning venue the actual surroundings of the club itself provide. The dinner was first rate and all of our guests commented on the excellent quality of the food. Our daughter and son-in-law had requested a uniquely styled wedding cake which was prepared by their own pastry chef to their exact specifications and it turned out even better than they had anticipated. Special kudos to Kathy Hopp whose guidance throughout the planning stages and the actual event gave my husband and I the time to relax and truly enjoy the wonderful celebration. I highly recommend this wedding venue without reservation.

The service here is absolutely amazing. Every care was accounted for and nothing went unnoticed. The entire staff was so incredibly kind, I can not imagine having had our wedding reception anywhere else. Not too mention the AMAZING cuisine!
