Shrimp, crab, and spinach in a savory quiche, served with a side salad and fresh fruit
 

Cod with Herbed Mustard Crust

Snow white cod filet topped with herbed mustard crust, baked and sauced with a citrus compound butter
 

Three Crab Cakes with Rémoulade Sauce

Seasoned and sautéed lump crabmeat cakes served with a sauce of homemade mayonnaise,
mustard, capers, chopped Gherkins and herbs. Served with jasmine rice pilaf and a fresh vegetable
 

Ginger Soy Salmon

A grilled salmon filet topped with ginger-soy glaze and served over asian noodles and julienned vegetables.
 

Seared Salmon with Fried Capers & 3-Mustard Sauce

A seared salmon filet topped with a mustard cream sauce and garnished with fried capers
 

All luncheons are served with fresh yeast, pecan rolls and butter, potato, rice or pasta
and vegetable, unless otherwise specified.  Regular or decaf coffee, hot or iced tea, is also included.
