citrus-scented Asian brown sauce atop jasmine rice
Roast Pork Loin
Sliced roast pork loin, served with your choice of sauce:
Dijon mustard cream, port-ginger or dried door county cherry
Mu-Shu Pork Crêpes
Two crepes filled with tender pork loin, tree ear mushrooms, lily buds,
napa cabbage, bean sprouts and scallions tossed in hoisin sauce and
garnished with scallion brushes. Served with a fresh fruit garnish.
Medallions of Pork Tenderloin
Sautéed tender slices of pork tenderloin coated with dijon breadcrumbs.
Served with tarragon pork jus.
Beef Stroganoff
Choice beef tenderloin tips, onions and sliced mushrooms,
quickly sautéed in butter and combined with a tangy sour cream sauce.
Served over your choice of wild rice blend or fettuccine.
Grilled Filet of Beef
4 ounce beef tenderloin with plain or horseradish mashed potatoes and
a seasonal vegetable
Lemon Grass Beef Tips with Jasmine Rice
Tenderloin beef tips marinated in lemon grass, garlic, sesame oil and soy sauce.
Stir-fried with Asian vegetables served atop jasmine rice with a
pineapple pepper relish garnish.
Beef Bourguignonne
Chunks of beef braised in red wine and garnished with pearl onions, mushrooms and carrots. Served with herbed spaetzle.
Texas Barbecued Beef
Beef brisket, slow cooked, sliced and sauced with our
housemade Jack Daniel's barbecue sauce.
Excellent with cheddar scalloped potatoes and coleslaw
(minimum 10 servings)
Italian Beef Ragout
Beef tenderloin tips are slowly braised in a tomato red wine sauce,
seasoned with garlic and Italian herbs.
Served over soft parmesan polenta
All luncheons are served with fresh yeast, pecan rolls and butter, potato, rice or pasta
and vegetable, unless otherwise specified. Regular or decaf coffee, hot or iced tea is also included.
