Fresh salmon filet, grilled and topped with a triple mustard cream sauce and fried capers
 

Potato Crusted Salmon

Fresh salmon filet with crispy potato crust, garnished with horseradish chive cream
 

Cornmeal Crusted Sole

Fresh filet of sole (when available) sautéed and lightly dusted in cornmeal and served with citrus sauce
 

Crispy Onion-Topped Halibut

Fresh filet of halibut (when available)
Topped with crispy fried onions and baked, served with an orange sauce
 

Crab Stuffed Shrimp

Large gulf shrimp stuffed with seasoned lump crabmeat and sauced with a lemon beurre blanc
 

Macadamia-Nut Crusted Mahi-Mahi

Served with a roasted pepper and coconut curry sauce
 

All dinners are served with warm dinner rolls and butter, soup or salad, potato, rice or pasta and vegetable, unless otherwise specified.  Regular or decaf coffee, hot or iced tea is also included.
