Choice beef tenderloin filet marinated in an Asian style hoisin-ginger marinade.
Grilled and sauced with a blend of demi-glace, hoisin, fermented black beans and shiitake mushrooms 
(Recommended with Jasmine Rice or Wasabi Mashed Potatoes)
 

Roast Prime Rib of Beef English Style

Choice roasted prime rib, au jus accompanied by traditional Yorkshire puddings

All dinners are served with warm dinner rolls and butter, soup or salad, potato, rice or pasta and vegetable unless otherwise specified. Regular or decaf coffee, hot or iced tea is also included.
