The club’s graceful interiors offer an elegant and welcoming setting for entertaining friends or business associates. Many members use the club to host committee meetings or events for various non-profit organizations with which they are affiliated. Whether for business or pleasure the club lets you entertain as you would in your own home.
The club’s cuisine is often described as one of the best secrets in town. The Woman’s Club is renowned for fine dining, and its exceptional staff can create a menu that best suits your event and guests.
The club can be an ideal place to host a business meeting followed by lunch or dinner. Meeting rooms can be set up to meet your audiovisual requirements. The entire clubhouse is available any day (including Saturdays and Sundays) for cocktail parties, wedding receptions and private functions. Smaller and more intimate rooms are ideal for private meetings and dinner parties and other rooms can accommodate social functions for groups of forty to groups of two hundred.
Located in the heart of downtown and minutes from the freeway, the club offers a convenient location and old-world setting that can only be found in a private club.
Parking is free and located behind the clubhouse.
Food and Beverage Service
Breakfast is available Tuesday through Friday from 7:00-10:00 a.m.
Luncheon Service is available Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Reservations are requested.
A la Carte dinner is served Friday evenings from 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. A casual dinner buffet is available on Tuesday evenings from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Reservations are requested.
The club is open on Saturdays for breakfast, lunch & dinner. The Club can also be reserved for private parties on Saturdays.The Club is closed on Sundays but can be reserved for private parties, weddings and other special events.
Private Rooms
These rooms are available for private parties or meetings. The General Manager or Assistant Manager/Catering Director reserves facilities and finalizes all arrangements.
Library
Located on the first floor of the Club just off the main foyer, the Library is a perfect setting for private meetings, luncheons and dinners. Decorated with some of the club’s finest antiques, this room can accommodate up to 24 people.
Milwaukee Room
Located on the first floor of the club, this well-appointed room can accommodate up to 50 people for a seated dinner and up to 70 for other events. The Milwaukee Room is ideal for larger committee meetings, luncheons and rehearsal dinners.
The Main Dining Room
Located on the first floor of the club, this elegant room originally housed the club’s Assembly Room and was the setting for many lectures and meetings in the first years or operation. The dining room can seat up to 90 people for luncheon or dinner. It can also be used for larger cocktail receptions in advance of dinner in the Ballroom.
The Sheldon Room
Located on the first floor, just off the foyer, this room provides an intimate space for cocktails or a small dinner party. The Sheldon Room can seat 12 for bridge. The Sheldon can accommodate up to 45 for cocktails and 24 for dining.
The Ballroom
With its graceful arched and coffered ceiling, the second floor Ballroom has been the site of many weddings and banquets. This room can accommodate 200 for dining and dancing and up to 225 for dining only. The room can be set up using an auditorium style for a lecture program or wedding ceremony for 275 guests.
The Finnigan Room
Located on the second floor, this room can accommodate up to 32 people for meetings, social functions, lunch or dinner.
The President’s Room
Located on the lower level, this room can accommodate up to 40 people for a private meeting or luncheon.
The Entire Clubhouse
The entire clubhouse is available for larger private affairs - such as weddings, non-profit benefit events, lectures or other private functions. The number of people that can be accommodated depends of the needs of the event.
